You are required to carry a minimum of $100,000 Personal Liability Insurance Coverage. Rise Stone Gate provides the policy, which is charged as an additional monthly fee.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
What leasing options are available?
We offer 12 month leases.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
What are the hours of the clubhouse?
9AM - 5PM
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
9AM - 8PM
What are the hours for the business center?
9AM - 5PM
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge?
Yes, internet is included in rent.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
Front door delivery or USPS mailboxes. Our leasing office does not accept packages.
Are BBQ grills available?
Yes.
What is the smoking policy?
No smoking inside unit. Smoking is allowed on the property.
Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?
Yes, Rise Stone Gate is a pet-friendly community.

We offer open parking.
